Quality product, burns easily, long and hot. Far superior to the cheap petrol station rubbish
Quality product, burns easily, long and hot. Far superior to the cheap petrol station rubbish. I would only use this, whilst it seems expensive, because it burns for such a long time you dont have to keep topping up and therefor you use less than cheaper briquettes.

The best charcoal you can get
I love to BBQ and this is by far the best charcoal I’ve ever used. It lights with one match (using a kettle and a fire lighter) and stays hot for a very long time. I’ve cooked whole chickens using the indirect cooking method on a Weber BBQMy only gripe is the price! Little bit expensive.

Expensive, but worth the extra money
I’ve been using these briquettes for years. They burn for a lot longer than supermarket briquettes, which makes them perfect for cooking large joints of meat E.g. lambThe bag is waterproof (when unopened), but the ‘resealable’ opening never works, so you’ll need to store them somewhere dry once you’ve opened the bag for the first time.

Pay for Quality
As an American expatriate, it's annoying not to have access to Kingsford charcoal at a reasonable price. The chunk charcoal such as you would get at B&Q or Tesco burns too hot and doesn't last when needing a slow, extended burn. The next best option is Weber who wisely has developed a UK market. The briquettes are large and slow burning. And half the price of Kingsford IF you can find it. The bag has a "zip" seal and is easy to handle when loading your preferred grilling/smoking device. I continue to swallow hard and pay the price for the Weber briquettes.

Changed the way we do barbecue
Its expensive for a bbq coal but its worth every penny. Lights up well and the heat is far better from your standard coals.Last up to 3 hours and food gets cooked twice as good and quicker.

Brilliant
Although these are slightly more expensive, they're so easy to use and last ages. I've never had to add more charcoal once I've got it started. Highly recommended
