Wessex Mill Strong White Bread Flour - Premium Quality Flour for Bread Making, 5 x 1.5 kg

I have bought flour from Wessex Mill several times now, I have bought white, wholemeal and seeded flours and they all make wonderful bread and it is British flour,which I prefer to buy.

Makes an excellent loaf whether by hand or in the bread maker. Good texture bread & tastes great.

I have been trying many flours over the past 2 years, this is definitely my favourite. The best tasting by far. I also seem to get one day of extra freshness if the bake lasts that long before being eaten.

I swear they were my favourite bread flour and I was happy paying extra, but last batch I bought was terrible no difference to plain flour indeed I had to use gluten powder to fix very low protein and ash content.This is like pure sugar powder you try to bake and produce glass ornaments so hard and brittle.
