Filled with dust some kind of fungus...
Don't buy this the device was filled in with some fungus as if it was used then kept in unused and developed fungus inside and I was delivered this product in these tough times

Decent product.
I'm a physical therapist and I brought this Spiro to my grandpa. I've helped use many spiros for my patients (even the high end ones), so comparing to them all, this one is a decent product. Does the job atleast! Didnot have any issues.I would recommend this!
