Good quality and pretty design
My daughter loved this dress! She wore it during her school’s festival of nations. We added a frilly petticoat underneath to make it poofy. Long white socks or tights with Mary Jane shoes complete the look. A flower crown was added as well. Cool heart emoji for privacy.It is better quality than the other costume we ordered the same day.
