Cheap and flimsy
These feel like I bought them at a dollar store. Very very thin material, feels like the basket may break at any moment. The bow on the front was held on with a twisty tie, and fell right off. Pom poms don't fit well into handlebars, they're very loose.3yo did like decorating the spokes with the stars, and the bell is nice.
