Gold Standard for Product Quality and Excellent Packaging
Mugs are mugs are mugs. But this one is of good quality, well-designed and attractive. But the packaging is what caused me to take time to do this review. Instead of a slap-job approach, the mugs were well ensconced in a styrofoam-interior and the exterior of the box was not the ho-hum brown box. See photos. Funny to say this, but I felt respected as a consumer.

No real dislikes however the addition of a mug tree to hold mugs when not being used would make a nice display for a got coco station.

Great Item
I purchased these mugs as part of a Christmas gift for my nieces and nephews. They're adorable, look just like the pics and the kids loved using them for cocoa! Great product for the price! I'd highly recommend!

Pattern is printed on both sides, good size
Good size, and good design (it's not prone to dribbling)! Best part is they don't get crazy hot in the microwave! (I've been burned by other mug handles after microwaving for 1:45, my everyday chai setting.)I've used them for almost 3 weeks and they are sturdy and dishwash well.One of my mugs was damaged but customer service helped me. Check them over if they are a gift.

Very small mugs
These are good quality very sturdy, heavy mugs in attractive colours but they are very small. If I had realised just how small they were I would not have bought them - they are advertised as 12oz mugs. I have bought 12oz mugs in the past and and they hold more volume than these mugs do. Too small for me so I have given them away.
