Unpretentious, Vitamin C Powder, 2 Lb

I purchased this to add to the water when I am cutting up apples to freeze dry. It doesn't take much but my apples did not brown. I also tried some in a glass of water just to experience the taste, very good. If I needed vitamin c this would be a great way to get it.

I have to say the taste is good to me but it's taste like baking soda but it's Vitamin C powder. Also, I was feeling under the weather one day and it made me feel better the very next day.

I have shared this product with several friends to order. We gave all been very happy with the taste, quality and price. It mixes in water very well. A little tart but def. not unbearing

It`s very good for the improvement of skin that has suffered from heat rash. The flavor is however slightly unpleasant and bordering on salty. If it was given a light Orange flavor it would be easier to consume and children would love it. Kind regards Andrew Johnston

I bought this to add to shakes in the morning and it'll take me well over a year to get through, probably more than three years. It tastes palatable, like the sour powder on the outside of haribo gummy bears however the flavor disappears into the smoothie, not effecting the outcome of the flavor noticably. This is a good thing. This is easily enough for a big family for a long time.

I'm in the pool a lot, so I add a few tablespoons to my bottle of shower gel to help remove chlorine from my skin. In the body washes I use -- Dial Miracle Oil and and Softsoap Luminous Oils -- the powder dissolves COMPLETELY overnight.

This should last me a long time, but it wasn’t the texture I was expecting. More like fine grain than powder. Like salt/sugar. I was kind of hoping I could use it as a scrub type facial after seeing the texture, but it changes to a sticky paste once wet, so that didn’t work.
