I bought this to make seaweed salad
Maybe I ordered the wrong product to make the salad. I followed the instructions for soaking which produced a thick soggy mess. It tasted musty and after adding the other ingredients to the recipe for the salad, We could not stand it. I tossed the whole thing, what a waste of money.

Excellent flavor and texture
This product is a great value. As a dried vegetable it rehydrates easily and expands greatly. It takes only a small amount to be the "right" amount for a good Miso soup or other dish.

I love this product!It’s very soft and thin so that my 19months old can eat them. It doesn’t have a fishy taste.
