I loved this storage case when it arrived, it looks smart, it's shell is sturdy, it is a lovely colour, it looks to have a good amount of storage that will keep all of my diabetic meds and equipment safe and sound while I travel . However when I filled the case it wouldn't hold my dosette box of tablets as the inner dimentions of the case are much smaller than the ones given in the description, once all the pockets are in use the case becomes very difficult to close and pulls and stretches the stitching around the zip which is going to split and fray very quickly, once items are put into the pockets they are quite fiddly get out again and the inner zip is impossible to close if you use the lower tray and the pockets, if you try to close it any snacks or glucose tablets get crushed and make a nasty mess. This case would also benefit from a carry handle and a cooler section for insulin to be kept at an optimum temperature both of which I didn't realise were not part of this item when I purchased it, my fault for not looking deeply enough in to the description. Overall I was not impressed with this item and i can't in all honesty recomend it if you need to carry quite a lot of items for health conditions . I have had to give up using this item and have found an alternative.

So this is my first review, and I just had to write it to warn people in the UK that just about any small bag would be better than this.I am new to being diabetic, so I am trying to find how to deal with all the stuff you have to carry about.So here are the things that annoy me.> You can fill all the pockets with things but it wont close.> You can move all the things about and out them in different places they don't quite fit, and it still won't close.> The straps inside seem to be sized for things very different to those I have been prescribed. Sot the places for pens seem to be for pens that are twice the diameter of the ones I have.> The meter doesn't fit, but I really can't blame them for that they are all of different sizes, but the pocket thing seems the next best place but it's hard to get things out of there.> If you fill up the little pocket that seems to be where needles should live, well, it wont close.All in all I was really disappointed I thought for something of this price it would be way better thought out and be designed specifically for the things we have to cart about with us. For the same money you could get a mini Peli case, and cut out everything to fit the things you have, and have the thing close. Or just look for the 1000s of other little bags with more space, and less conspicuous.I had to give it 2 stars rather than just one because the build quality is pretty good, and other than it not being any good for doing the thing it's intended for it is a nice little carry case.PS: Just look for 'Pencil cases' again cheaper and more fun.

I bought this case for my 4 year old t1d daughter. It is perfect! It fits everything she needs inside! The back section is big enough to fit her pump pdm, gluco tablets, spare pump and more! Lots of handy compartments and perfect for keeping everything in one place! I can zip it up and make sure we have everything we need inside. Which means it’s easily swapped from my handbag to her school bag! It is expensive but in my opinion it’s so worth it! We’ve had a few bags/cases now and this is definitely my favourite!! And my daughter loves the hot pink colour! 5 stars from me!! :)

It's a bit bulkier than expected so takes a lot of space on my bag, but the organisation part is perfect, everything has it's own place and I can fit everything I need into it.

We have had this case for 2 weeks and it is proving a fantastic buy, it's a little pricey but I think it's worth it. With my Daughter being recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes we soon realised having the various cases you are given by the doctors are a hassle to carry and to check everything is always there. This case has enough space for everything she needs including snacks and a notebook. Easy to see what needs topping up as it's all in one place. It's very useful and proving a good buy so far, we are very happy with it. I can't comment on longevity as we haven't had it long but it seems rather durable.

I brought the red case and it’s really amazing. Lots of space and sturdy protection. Everything I need for diabetic care can fit in this durable case. I can add all of my medication in one place. I don’t lose needles or test strips. Everything is compartmentalised too.Couldn’t ask for anything better or stronger
