First off, the instructions are some of the worst I have ever seen packaged with anything. I should have saved it and took a picture, but it was just a single page with black and white pictures that you were unable to actually able to decipher what was being depicted because they were such bad quality. I immediately threw them out because they were so bad. I believe all the text was in Chinese as well.The build/quality control was also very poor. As you can see from the pictures, the hooks are level, but when hanging, the bar is very off center. This is because the bolt holes were drilled incorrectly on one side of the item. The hooks were also incorrectly sized to hold the bar. I had to take some vice grips and manually spread them apart to allow the bar to fit. There is also some noticiable bending to the hooks after some use where they are actually bending away from the wall.You also cannot use the dip station/crunch position using the main bar and must instead use the pull up bar to hang from as it pivots away from the wall and puts a lot of torque on the hanging hooks.All that being said, this bar is far cheaper than the rest of the bunch, so you get what you pay for. After all the quirks, it still does what it's supposed to do. I would also recommend if you are installing into studs/drywall, put a board underneath as you will likely punch into the drywall.

Really cheap and not sturdy. Hooks bend an material is poor quality. Paint peels off as you assemble and the pads arrived broken and smashed. Don't waste your time and effort. It's not worth the return hassle.Also returning is a hassle. They make it so difficult that you just give up and they keep your money. Soo flimsy that it is a safety issue. See photos of cheap metal bending.Update: when the product arrived it was not packed properly in the box that was too large. The box was unusable for the return. Have to buy a new box and pack it. Again, not worth the hassle. Going to put it out for trash pickup.

The unit itself is fairly solid though it was missing some reinforcing brackets. The box was heavily damaged so they could have slid out. The assembly directions are non existent but you can figure it out. The problem is the brackets included that the unit hags on. They're fine for downward force but not the pulling away force. They've already bent outwards just from the pressure points.If you but this make sure you have wood or a concrete wall to brace it and that you are a smaller person.I'd pass on this.
