Mr Udinese Tailgate Insert Letters 3D Raised & Strong Adhesive Decals Letters, Tailgate Emblems Inserts Letters (Black)

These have been on my truck for over a year now. They still look good and aren't loosening up at all. I didn't mention to my wife that I was putting them on. It was about a month later when she asked me if I had put those on there or had they come with the truck. The truck was already two years old.

Incredibly simple. Only complaint is when you’re removing the decal from the backing-you need to take your time or the adhesion will pull ever so slightly from the decal.

This makes a great accent to my truck. I get plenty of compliments about the appearance

First these are matte black plastic letters. Not as thick as I wanted but they look nice, for now. One problem is that the adhesive is not the 3M tape they describe. Wish it were. The adhesion on the letters “T” and “C” isn’t very good at the thin ends of the letters. This could be problematic with car washes. A machine car wash will rip them right off. The metal ones that I replaced did use 3M tape and the were stuck on pretty good. I installed these in 86° weather and warmed the tailgate letters individually. It should be noted that these are pretty much a one shot install. Be careful lining the letters before pressing. We will see how durable these are. (If you’re curious why I replaced the metal ones, well they pitted after one winter driving through the mountain pass.)

Super easy to install. Took less than 5 minutes, if that. I’ve had them on for about 3 months now and they’ve lasted through the heat, the cold, the heavy rain, off roading and high speeds. Extremely impressed. Bang for your buck.

While the truck itself was expensive enough, by the time I had upgraded to off road tires, all weather mats, seat covers, added a bed liner, running boards and a SnugTop shell, the amount had gone up considerably haha! This is the most inexpensive "upgrade" I've made to my truck so far, and for $15 its amazing what a difference it makes to the look of the truck! I love how the word Tacoma now pops on the tailgate! It's such a little thing but really does make a big difference (see before and afters). They're basically just foam stickers. Super easy to apply and so far have held on tight! The only reason I took off one star is because in peeling the backing off a couple of the letters, the foam started to pull away from the letters themselves and I had to take great care not to ruin them. Beyond that, I can honestly say they're worth every penny of $15 for the resulting look, and I can't see any reason that makes these any different from more expensive options. I highly recommend you give these a try! Worst case, you're only out $15. Best case, you get a sweet looking Taco.I hope this review has helped someone else! And yes, I paid full price. Easy to install, just don't rush. So far they have adhered well, all through texas summer not one has come off. Just clean well before sticking them on.

Easy to install, high quality material (we thought they'd be like stickers), eye-catching, unique, and a super awesome way to dress up your tailgate. We have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma and MAN, do they look good against the black paint. My son is getting constant compliments on them. Very much worth every penny.
