So in lockdown, I am busy preparing different food recipes at home. I needed a cleaver for mincing meat to prepare my special recipes for Sheek Kababs, Burger patties, and some cheese items. I feel like Gordon Ramsay while using this cleaver :DSeriously though, the cleaver is slightly on the heavier side but nonetheless very comfortable. The weight actually feels very premium. It is very sharp although after a month or so you may choose to sharpen it now and then when required with a sharpening rod or stone. It is best for mincing. You can use it for chicken bones easily but I recommend that you avoid it on bones and don't use it to cut hard bones of red meat. It cuts through vegetables like butter. Additional sharpening can make it sharp like Kill Bill. Sometimes I am scared of its sharpness, so handle with caution.After around two months of usage in the kitchen, I am giving it a 5 star.

Not sure what this product exactly is. It's shaped like a cleaver but is too light and thin for being a meat cleaver. Neither is it a Chinese Chef Knife. So what exactly is it is still something that I am not sure. However it is good for cutting vegetables. Nothing to complain on that front. However the edge is not very sharp, again like that of a cleaver which it is not.

I was looking for heavy duty meat chopper and I got this. It's so perfect as I expected.I seen some reviews in negative but believe me it all false.It will meet your requirements and expectations.It can cut through Chicken bones and yes it can cut through mutton bones as well.But I suggest not to cut beef and pork bones since it will be heavy.And it's share and shiny...

The knife is good but not great. It's not that sharp. Buy it only if you like heavy knifes. The grip on the knife is good. This knife is not for people with small hand. Also the knife that I received was bent a little on the end on the sharp side. The packaging is not good considering its being sent in courier. Overall it's good for what you are paying.

Knife is very sharp,nice weight, i used this for cutting Veggies & boneless meats etc. Performed well. It is not good cutting meat with Hard bone.Overall great knife 🔪 for the price thank you.

I have been wanting a good quality cleaver. I just picked up the Shubh Kitchen cleaver and I am not disappointed. Cuts chicken and fish like butter. Mutton has been the challenge but this cleaver make mutton cutting a pleasure. Worth the money!
