Bad product with high price .Not working .I have purchased it to increase my HDL and lower LDL but nothing changed in the investigations .Notated as a non flushing item but sometimes it cause flushing and abdominal cramps.I have contacted the customer support but they refused any help.I am disappointed.Don't buy . Hazardous item .
