I only leave reviews for extremely good products or extremely bad products. These trace minerals have changed my life. For years I have struggled with brain fog, exhaustion and just feeling down and tired and not great. Within the FIRST day of taking these I felt immediate results. I am energized, don’t need to have a ton of caffeine to get me through my days. I think this entire time I have been extremely mineral deficient. The taste is actually good too. I will FOREVER buy this product. The results have blown my mind. Side note- I do a low carb lifestyle and drink lots of water, with that being said I have read that those things can deplete your minerals so it may be a reason that these have impacted me so much? Idk but I will forever buy these!

A very convenient and effective element of a hydration regimen. It contains trace minerals in a bioavailable form. Don't forget that there ae ~85 minerals in Earth's crust, and many are implicated in human nutrition. They all use the same transport mechanisms, so choose your electrolyte supplements wisely.

I love this product!! NUTRITION: Contains way more potassium than most other electrolyte powders. We need 3 to 5 grams per day of potassium, which is a lot, and it's hard to get enough from foods. Most other powders have a disappointingly low 200mg, but this product has 1,000mg (1 gram) of potassium. This product also has trace minerals. Much more valuable nutrients than your average electrolyte product. SUGAR FREE, SWEET ENOUGH: Stevia sweetened, tastes great, not too sweet. No aftertaste. MIXES WELL: I use a milk frother to blend but a simple stir is usually enough. I have not had an issue with this product clumping. TASTY TIP 😉 -- I love mixing this with 1 scoop (1 Tbsp) of organic strawberry powder and some sparkling mineral water. It's like the most delicious sparkling strawberry lemonade. 🍓 🍋 🧃 THE ONLY DOWNSIDE... I just wish there were more flavors! (Hence why I started mixing strawberry powder)

With an outdoorsy family in Texas, these electrolytes are a must have! Love that this is sugar free. Effective, tastes good for the younger crowd and well worth the money.

I was thankful to find this as another brand completely changed up their formula and upon reorder we were sent it without being informed. I appreciate the simplicity of this brand's formula. Taste is good too. But honestly, I care more about the formula than anything. In a health world that has become complicated and over the top, this was a refreshing find.

This electrolyte has 0 calories. It is excellent for me because I do intermittent fasting and can do this in the morning when I first get up. Great flavor also.
