This is very nice backpack but there are a few drawbacks. 1- the neck measurement is way off. I have to fold it over and sew the strap several inches down to fit. 2- The side packs do NOT fit a standard 16oz water bottle, so you will be still carrying your dogs water. 3- The zippers are very loose, meaning they slide open very easily, so you will need to secure them if you do not want to lose things inside them. Also, be aware that the velcro strips for patches only run rectangular, so square patches will only adhere in the center and will hang over the sides.Other than that it is great. Love the color and seems very sturdy.

My service dog loves it. She knows when it is time to work! I love the patches!The bags hold her treats, ball, and my phone with no problem. The fabric is kinda cheap, but has held up. My only complaint is the straps getting caught outside of the flaps they go inside and through, but as long as I have it adjusted right it sits well and is easy for her to wear all day.

So at the time only the medium was available and it was hanging off of my dog. Other than that it is a great vest with tons of room for parches

i wish it had a buckle on both sides of the harness for taking easy on and off it’s difficult with having to put one paw into the vest then clipping the other side , apose to having 2 buckles

Got for my 25 lb pomsky. Don't have any idea whats up with the neck, looks like it's proportioned for the meatiest of bully breeds. After cutting and sewing the front straps we've achieved a better fit. Wish I could give 5, but I really shouldn't have to resize your product for you

Really like the way this vest looks and the pouches and all but the sizing is terrible. The length of the back is perfect! But the straps are wayyyyy too big.Had to sew the straps smaller myself.Didn’t want to size down because then the length of the back would be too short.

I needed something comfortable enough for my dog. He’s 20lbs and sometimes 17 lbs on good days without his Afro. Everything is extra long and I can easily alter. I like how small the buckles are. In our experience, big buckles are uncomfortable when he sits or lay down on the floor while waiting for me to be done working out at each equipment station.Size wise, I think it’s perfect for dogs with longer bodies. If your dog is stubby, the bottom buckle will be uncomfortable for male pups.But this is totally made for my little Ninja!!!

Returning item because unless I wanted to attempt to reconstruct it myself there's no possible way this would fit at all because the neck strap cannot adjust small enough and is therefore enormous at it's shortest length. Even if I wait to use it until the neck will fit my dog the other straps are inproportionately sized and would then be too short! The neck strap should never be the longest, but in this case it is! Totally unusable item so it's going straight back! What a shame cause I liked the third strap design on this product but obviously nobody thought to realize the dimensions of a dog are completely backwards in this harness rendering it useless! Only gave two stars for the fact it comes with two bags, is incredibly durable, and there's a lot of color choices, also the concept of the three straps was brilliant and there's lots of padding for comfort, but awfully disappointed that the neck piece would need to be detached, cut, then resewn before it could be worn and if I had wanted to do all that I'd have bought supplies to sew the entire vest myself! Which I actually might in fact still do... Just not right now and I bought this thinking I could use it right away after simply adjusting the fit... Oh well, guess I'll simply buy a different type instead. Seriously do not waste your money on this though!
