No scent
Purchased this product the item is great and works with the correct incense cones they must have a hole part way in the bottom or no back flow when the item arrived I was happy to see cones in the box unfortunately they have absolutely no scent to them so visual effect only

Smell is Horrible
The incense they give you have no scent. Just horrible and doesn’t smell of anything. I hate it but the ornament is cute

Not made well
The bars inside should be pointing down a bit to get the right affect,mine is pointing up so it doesn't work right

Lovely product but incense do not flow or gave much of any smell
No smell and it doesn't flow like in the pictures

Looks good when it works
It's OK for the price, on mine the tiered Arms aren't spot on so smoke drifts of the back mist of the time, plenty of scent cones with it.

It's not what you expect dont get too excited ...i followed instructions you need a room "no air" to get 'some' effect ...very smokey , doesnt smell great ..It will do if ever get guests if you like that sort of effect ..but its staying packed away ..disappointed as it was a gift too... will look out for a better quality
