Works great and folds up nice and neat
Love using this stretch aide. Never could really get a good hamstring stretch in before and now I use this almost every day. Folds up well into itself and then you can velcro it together.

Great Product for use as a Foot Stretcher for Planter Fasciitis
This is an easy-to-use stretcher for Stretching your foot when you have plantar Fasciitis. I took one star off because I wish the loops had some padding when pulling your feet to stretch. Otherwise it's a good product.

Not for small feet
I’m giving this a 3 out of five because it is not a one size fits all. It appears to be made for a men’s size 12 foot or larger. There needs to be more Velcro to secure the straps around small feet.I will be returning. I forgot to take a picture.I wear a woman’s size 8 shoe.

I relieved my foot pain almost instantly with these and now use them as a stretching aid for martial arts practice.
