El tapete es todo lo qué ofertaban. Tiene mucho colchón de 1.2 cms, por lo que es bueno para ejercicios que necesiten apoyo en las prominencias óseas. Sin embargo, para yoga no es tan recomendable pues es demasiado colchón y puede afectar un poco en el equilibrio. Puede ser muy buena opción dependiendo de tus necesidades.

My cats made a scratch pad out of my last yoga mat so I didn’t want to spend a fortune but I also wanted a new mat that was non-toxic, affordable, and comfortable. This one checks all the boxes, and is generously sized as well. And bonus, the cats don’t seem to like this material for whatever reason so they leave it alone. Also love the colour.

The mat is ok for simple yoga poses, but for kneeling yoga poses my knees hurt after some time since the cushioning is not good and I can feel the hard flooring beneath. There was redness around my knees due to that.
