Easy to swallow and no after taste
I have been buying this brand of iron for 3 years now for my mom who is over 90 years old. The capsule is easy for her to swallow. There's no after taste. She doesn't get constipated like she has with other brands. I will continue to purchase this iron supplement.

Bad pill design
The pill itself is a terrible design. It is a huge capsule but incredibly light. The result is that it is impossible to swallow. I have nearly choked on more than one occasion. Shame because otherwise seems really good.
