Best recessed light for a sloped ceiling
Easy to install and fit the space between the cathedral ceiling and roof great. One thing to remember, if you slice a tube at an angle, it results in an OVAL hole ... they aren't 6" diameter. Use the template that comes with them to mark the cut-out. I believe the oval was about 6" x 6.5".I used retro-fit LED lights in them and they fit fine but do leave a little of the flange showing because they have a 6" diameter trim ring. (Who's going to be staring at the ceiling long enough to notice anyway?!) If you plan on using a bulb, be sure to get the trim that goes with these angled cans. (They're at the bottom of the screen where the cans are sold.)

With sloped ceilings, don't buy any other can than these.
Had the electrical contractor cut out the 6" hole in the ceiling and that made it easier with laying the template over it and only had to cut the residual with drywall saw. Bought them cheap through Amazon wharehousr where their description indicated scratches here and there and maybe a ding on top. Give me a break, these are hidden in the ceiling and won' even notice it. My ceiling's are quite tall with the slope so from start to finish with that 6" hole already cut out the installation of one only took maybe 5 to 8 minutes.Would deffinetly but more if I need more.

Great product
Did some lighting remodeling in the kitchen. Took down a big ugly contractor grade florescent fixture and installed 5 of these fixtures in the sloped ceiling. The hardest part was crawling around the attic getting these wired up. They come With a template to cut a hole. They are IC rated to go up against the insulation in the attic. I put a stubby LED bulbs in these so you couldn't see the lights from the next room. We have an open floor plan and I didn't want light bulbs shining in your eyes when trying to watch tv.

Would definitely recommend this product
Can't beat this item for the price. I've installed a lot of recessed lighting in my homes over the years and usually just buy the Home Depot brand. The sloped can however is about $80 through special order at Home Depot. As with any remodel can, they can be finicky to get the clips to work and hold tight but with a little perseverance you'll prevail. I also bought the white baffle trim, model 622 I believe, and was impressed with the quality of it for the price as well. Would definitely recommend this product.

Hard to find sloped remodel cans, worked great in our vaulted ceiling.
Sloped Remodel Cans - Seemed to work well for us, we have a vaulted ceiling in our bathroom and our contractor requested we purchase these, I don't know how much work it took to get them in, I was at work when they were installed. Our contractor had no complaints and they look great in our bathroom. Price was a little hard to swallow, but I guess it is fine considering they are specialty cans.

Fast shipping.
Fast shipping. Received in 2 days. Good packaging. Nice price. The can comes with a cutout template. Very helpful as you are not cutting a circle. The mounting system is not very good. Also, you cannot use springs to hold the bezel. You needs the ones with spring steel rods that look like a large letter V.

Good bang for your buck.
These worked out pretty well. I needed IC housings for a vaulted ceiling - they are hard to come by at a reasonable price. My only complaint is the clips. This seems to be a common problem with most remodel housings though.
