Perfect for my son
My son wanted to build his own gaming PC. I bought him this one instead and he was thrilled.Think about this for a second. A 16yo showed actual extreme positive emotions about something. If that ain’t worth five stars, I don’t know what is.

Don’t buy this junk.
Bought a larger graphics card it could not fit. Easy upgradable my ass. Plus constantly updates and crashes. My her better for half the price everywhere else.

Worth everything dollar!
Honestly, I over thought through before buying this desktop, spend 15 days searching to I finally found this one after reading online reviews I decided to pull the trigger. For my first and long term desktop this was perfect everything works good. Only downside on my side is that I’m use to laptops so switching to this, it’s a lil bigger but I’ll get use to it.Would recommend of course watch or read reviews but if you decide to purchase trust me waste no time.

Cool looking PC.
I bought these 2 PCs for my children not only for playing games but also for their distance learning due to Covid-19. The children loved it. The blue color and blue Alien head was cool looking. It was very easy to set up for a non-IT person like me.

Love this Computer
Just got this computer based on a friend's Alienware recommendation and I love it! I needed something with major power for my business, and this has proven to be just what I was looking for. The Microsoft platform itself has been a little glitchy here and there (surprise surprise) on the computer, but that's definitely not Alienware's fault (my research has shown that others have had similar problems with Microsoft on completely different computers). Also, PConline365 fulfilled the order, and I was amazed how quickly the computer was shipped and delivered, and how securely the item was packaged. I'd definitely buy from them again.

It's worth the money.
The first Alienware system I ever bought was back in the day from Best Buy, the R7, she's sitting next to me now as I write this... 4 maybe, 5 years old and purring like a cat, well... silently. Which brings us to the R11 I bought here. Not gonna go all tech on you, all you need to know is I went big. The maxed out R11, 64gigs of RAM. She is as silent as a ninja, was packed perfectly. Heck... she showed up a day early! I haven't tried her out on any games yet.... kinda installing them now. WoW and Fallout 4 take forever, loaded up Subnautica: Below Zero. That game took 4 minutes just to load the main screen on my lovely R7 (maybe outdated, still tough as nails... a testament to the brand?) The main screen loaded up in a flash. In fact, lemme take a break... tell ya how she starts up when loading anew character.......awesome. Something to point out, Subnautica: Below Zero has a heavier load time than the original Subnautica, better graphics and such. That being said, I'm currently at 49% installing WoW (which does pull some mem), and started a new game on Below Zero. No delay, no choppiness... crazy. I mean, on my R7 with NO background process or apps running, Below Zero takes around 4-5 minutes to start a new game, 3-4 to load a save. The R11? No time, literally... "The Flash" wishes he was that fast.Anyways, it was expensive, yet worth it.. especially if you want to buy the newer gen games. Hope this review helps somewhat.

It shipped well
I bought it for my son for Christmas and my main concern was how well it would ship. It came double boxed and looked like the box took a light shot to the corner, but the PC comes cradled in a foam frame protecting it. The Boy is happy so I’m happy

Display issues
Item came without an issue within a couple of days. However, the desktop would not connect to my monitor with the dp or hdmi cables (hdmi worked on laptop when connected to monitor). Emailed their customer service about the issue but never received a reply. I have since returned the desktop with no problems and a refund. Given 2 stars because the arrival and return of the desktop were easy processes. May have been a simple fix, but without getting a response from customer service; I decided I didn’t want to take any chances on the desktop.
