The media could not be loaded.  I have been testing several dietary supplements from the Healthspan brand recently.We are basically talking about a brand that offers solutions to almost all health problems.And preventative products also offer vitamins.Basically, I can say that we can talk about a good quality and efficient product range.However, there are some confusing things with the offer.Brand design and communication I think is very important.Even more important for a dietary supplement.I'll describe what I mean.If 3-4-5 Healthspan products are placed side by side and not unfolded the boxes, they can be confused.They are almost the same.At the top is usually a code that says nothing to a customer.This can be especially bad for an older person.Many times I don’t even open the box, I just unpack it at the bottom usually.Even now, I found out by accident what was inside the box.That the real design of the brand and the full description is in the box.However, it would be much more useful if it all went outside.What’s inside is really nice and informative. It's like what you see in the ad.About the product:Black seed, its consumption is highly recommended as it is good for the pancreas and has a beneficial effect on almost the whole body.The product is quality in this respect.I consumed it regularly as described.There was no problem with it.All I would note is that it was shipped with a fairly short expiration date.I recommend the product.Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

I used to take Black Seed oil a few years ago to help with inflammation, increase body immunity, and pain management. It seemed to be working as I don’t usually get a cough, flu, or cold, and I felt fine most of the time whilst taking it.The only problem I have with the previous brand is that it’s in oil form. If you have tried Black Seed oil before, you will agree that it doesn’t taste very nice, a little bit bitter and hot, with a strong kerosene odour. It gave some burning sensation going down the throat when I first tried it before. I continued taking it for the aforementioned health benefits.I finished the bottle and kept forgetting to repurchase it. With the season changing, I’m feeling quite under the weather and have a cold and sore throat.When I saw this Black Seed oil from Healthspan comes in capsules, I knew I must take it. It’s good to know that this black seed oil is cold-pressed from controlled organic farming and the capsules are made from non-animal sources.I have been taking it for three weeks now, and it’s working its magic again, as I feel absolutely fine, no more sneezing and itchy eyes in the morning, and the sore throat is gone. What an amazing oil!However, if you have never tried this oil before, it’s always wise to speak to your GP first.In short, a good quality, cold-pressed organic Black Seed oil supplement that is easy to take, and I’m happy to continue taking it after this. Would recommend it.

I haven't come across black seed oil before, and was surprised to see that it provides 100% NRV of vitamin D3 and E. That's in addition to linoleic oil and oleic acid. I tend to be wary of supplement companies that I haven't heard of, but I'm a long-time user of Healthspan products.

Black seed oil is *incredible*. I just recently discovered Inspiriko's Black Seed Oil (must review it) and after taking it for a month or so, am seeing some genuine health benefits.But.Black seed oil tastes like petrol, I'm not exaggerating. It's one of the worst things I've ever tasted and it is sheer force of will that makes me take it every day, so these Health Span softgel capsules make it much, much more pleasant to take.I'm taking black seed oil for IBS and other digestive things and it really has made a difference so this stuff is legit. Its health benefits really are myriad, and being able to take them in a way that doesn't take like you're drinking motor oil is excellent.Very highly recommended!

These black seed oil capsules are really easy to swallow. They have a nice outee coating and the oval shape of the capsule make it very easy to swallow them.Having ordered a few things from Healthspan I can definitely say they are a very good brand and their products are very good quality.I got these black seed oil because black seed have a lot of benefits such as weight loss, lowers cholestrol etc.These capsules have a Vitamin D3 and Vitamin E in it so they are perfect as an all rounder health supplement.Very pleased with them

I have known the Healthspan branded for a number of years but never taken black seed before. Having spoken to a colleague about strees related headaches he has recommended taking black seed oil. After a little look I found some buy Healthspan so they were my first choice.After a few days of taking them I feel good, they are high quality and packed with goodness, so far no headaches. I will continue to take them for the full duration of the package and if all being well I will continue long after that.Taking one little capsule a day can help a lot.
