This is a great product as a cheerleader my grip on the flyers shoes got way better expertly with the sweat on my hands . Smells like hand sanitizer but smell disney bother me once it dries. Value for money is good it works really well . I did my whole dance routine and it still held up after it all so the durability is great ! Doesn't dry out my hands after use . Fells comfortable on my hands and not chunky at all . Protected em from slipping multiply times and works so well, 10/10 definitely recommend.

My husband loved this and thought it was perfect for working out. Very compact and easy to carry around and use. Little goes a long way so he was able to use it for quite awhile. Stickiness lasted him a few lifts and he rarely had to rechalk up. Quality was great and the bottle was simple.

I started by trying the smaller size first. I loved it! So I just recently purchased the bigger size since I finished my previous one. Great for gym use.

I bought this on a whim because I didn't have the usual liquid chalk I buy. I liked that it said mess free. Yeah that's not true. It leavesa lot of flakes on my garage floor which is inconvenient. As soon as it dries, it's already coming off. By the end of my workout, it's almost completely gone. I shouldn't have to reapply after 3 sets. It feels like regular chalk with the same amount of mess. It has amazing reviews but I would rather spend more on something better.

I bought a bottle of this to start practicing kettlebell sport regiments. It has really helped me avoid developing large callouses while training, and is convenient to carry in a gym bag. It also has a great smell, and is very easy to apply. No more gloved kettlebell training for me. I will continue using this product!
