Great case, its a really snug fit
I got this product today but thought id review it because I'm bored. The case feels great, it has a smooth matte finish and is hard to the touch but just flexible enough to clip it to the macbook. It comes in 2 pieces, the cover for the top and the bottom. In the pictures I've marked in red where the covers clip on on its very snug and don't think it will fall off, its a very tight fit. Ive marked where the clips are on the back in red, and the marking in blue is where the front covers clips would be so they do not overlap. I have a silver 13 inch MacBook pro with touch bar. I don't think ill be using the keyboard cover as i think its fairly flimsy and just feels like a clear rubbery sort of like thicker sandwich wrap, but i wouldn't let that stop you from getting it as the cover for the macbook are worth it in my opinion. I wanted it to look kind of space grey as the space grey version was not available when i bought mine but I got black. Id doesn't look bad but if your macbook is silver maybe a grey cover would make it look more space grey. Also i think it will attract finger prints easily but I'm not sure as I was eating chicken nuggets while i was grabbing my laptop so it could just be the grease, hard to tell at the moment but well see how it holds up

Great dirt and scratch protector - Not compatible with J5 Create UltraDrive Mini-dock - find a dock that plugs straight in
The case looks good, and it does what I want it to - keeps my laptop from getting dinged and worn. The keyboard cover works well, too. This case is a good scratch and dirt protector - probably not a strong protector for falls, but that's not why I bought it. It fits nicely into another carrying case that offers more protection. It is easy to get on and off, which is good because I have to remove it whenever I want to use my J5 Create UltraDrive Mini dock. The case provides a nice opening to connect to the Thunderbolt ports, however because the dock rests along the side of the computer, as opposed to plugging in straight on, the added thickness of the case, albeit very slight, is still too much for the mini dock to plug in completely. And, unfortunately, both the top and bottom have to be removed due to the length and configuration of the mini-dock. I had already bought the dock before I bought the case, so I am making do until I find a different solution. As for the case itself, I have only had it a month, but so far am very pleased with it.

Great case
This case was exactly what I was looking for. Soft finish, grippy enough that makes it easy to hold but not so grippy that it can't slide out of your bag. Snaps on easy, and looks understated enough. No obnoxious branding anywhere. If you're looking for that matte black look and you want something cheaper and more substantial then a DBrand sticker, you won't be disappointedI did not order it for the keyboard cover, but I am typing on it right now as we speak. Doesn't affect the way I type at all, and it adds some soft touch to the keys. The only downside is that I think it touches the screen when the keyboard closes; the cover is kind of a rubber material so that if any lint gets on it, it can transfer to the screen. It does not cover the top row, which it allows it to fit both versions of the MBP. Also, besides the caps lock light, it blocks the backlighting for the keyboard. That being said, I thought I was going to throw it away but I have been using it for a couple of days and I often forget it's there.Edit: After a few years the rubber feet are starting to come off. Shouldn't be a reason to deter you from buying but just know it won't last that long.Additional edit: Knocking it down a star; I bought another one when the rubber feet came off and after a while the rubber feet came off again. I found some rubber pads you can buy to stick on the bottom which helps, but it's also cracked off the side. It's cheap, but it's still functional.

Great Mac protector
This is a really great pair of protective materials for the MacBook Pro. I used mine on a 2017 13-inch MacBook Pro. The outer shell parts attach to the top and bottom of the computer in seconds. They stay in place securely, too. I ordered the black and it is slightly see-through. To me, it looks like a dark charcoal gray. These shell pieces also detach simply, if you ever need to do so. I really like how the bottom shell has four feet and is vented to lift the laptop off the desk a few more millimeters and, ostensibly, allow for a little more air circulation. One surprise of this product is that it comes with a soft keyboard overlay. It fits nicely and easily over the keys. I actually find that it makes typing on these newer version MacBook keys even easier. Also, a note about customer service. Tech Vendor's cofounder, John, sent an email to make sure everything was alright with my ProCase. Well, John, it is alright alright alright. Thanks!

Protects from scratches, moderately difficult to install, basic MacBook case protection. But, the feet fall off!
I've had this case for 5 months. It fits very tightly, which is a good thing. The bottom cover is challenging to attach properly, as it takes more force than I would have thought to latch the catches on the back edge. However, once it is attached, it holds the MacBook very securely. I only bought this to protect the computer from the kinds of gentle bumps or scratches that might occur in every day use. I wouldn't trust it to be too protective in a fall...but the MacBook is designed to be pretty tough and I'm careful. The keyboard cover is nice, since I occasionally use my computer in a dusty environment and this helps prevent dust from getting under the Macbook's notoriously problematic keys. The only problem that I have with it, and it is an annoying one, is that the plastic feet do not stay attached. I don't know why they didn't just integrate them into the mold. Instead, they used a gummy adhesive that becomes softer with heat. You know, heat? The thing that computers generate and radiate through their bodies? Yeah, that thing. Well, the feet fall off and I hate that about it. If the feet stayed on I'd give it 4...maybe 5. It's a reasonably good product that does it's job. Nothing fancy.
