Sweat Sauna Suits Weight Loss Gym Exercise for Men and Women

Pants ripped on the first wear.

The size for me fits perfect. The only down fall is the elastic is tooooo tight. I wore it to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes in total and the amount of sweat I produced was unreal! It looked like I just go out of a pool. The pants did not tare for me but then again I was only on the treadmill. One thing I will warn people, you do sweat a lot so drink plenty of water

Because I am unable to move and do a lot of exercise. I bought this so that I can wear them and get a sweat. I definitely sweat when I wear this and I think it is a great value and helps with water weight loss and I feel refreshed after I use this product.

I bought the set 2 sizes bigger than my size and the pants ripped the first use.

The shirt was true to size but the pants was small and the ripped on he side. So I would go a size up. Also the sweat was sweating. I mean my God it would have been a great asset to my workout if I could fit the pants.

So I gave this a 3 even though I absolutely love this thing but my reason is because the pants ripped halfway through my squat session. The sad part is they were 2 sizes bigger than my actual size I did that for this reason alone so they were loose and long so I don’t understand what went wrong also the ends are super tight they leave really bad indentations on my wrists and legs so I recommend wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath it helps and sweats for pants with thick socks seem to help bottom of my legs. It does make you sweat A LOT which I love and before warned looks like a giant trash bag lol.

Im 5’2 260 lbs … fits a little snug but that could be just me.. very thick material! Super effective! No waist trainer or anything, ive never sweat so much!!
