Lenox886863 Holiday Entertaining Snowman Chip & Dip

This item is advertised as made in the USA. I was excited and deliberated for many weeks whether to purchase and finally bit the bullet wanting to have something special for Christmas. We purchased a whole set of dinnerware and wanted to add this item and other pieces of the design to complement and build our collection for this year is a special one for us. When we opened the dinner settings, imagine my sheer disappointment, surprise, and anger to find that NOTHING either in the box or outside said made in the USA. There was, however a sticker on the box with the barcode which clearly stated “Made in Indonesia” another item similarly labelled “Made in China”.Nothing against items as with most products today being made in China etc. but for the price we paid including the large shipping cost, this was NOT what we were expecting. The products are clearly advertised as being “Made in the USA”. They are NOT! On every cup and item were attached stickers stating “Made in Indonesia” or “Made in China”!I wanted to check with the company to find out more as I really hoped to be able to keep them and was told a pack of lies - “we source the materials in Indonesia/China and manufacture the products in the USA”. I questioned further as to why it didn’t say Made in the US as advertised and the same line was spun over again with subtle manipulation here and there.I would not recommend to buy this product, it is being marketed and branded on a company name that has been sold and resold, outsourced and rebranded to bear the name only.Today all boxes were returned, one by DHL pickup, the others we had to personally bring to a DHL drop off point!Needless to say, I will never again buy anything branded “Lenox”.

This is a mammoth of a platter from Lenox for the holiday pattern & season. The biggest I've seen them offer coming in a 20" size. It's definitely not the same type of their normal offering that usually have the gold band (a bit lower in quality), but it's sturdy, still the porcelain materials & in my opinion perfect for a 20 pound turkey during the holiday season or whatever else you'd like. The value was here on this purchase, we didn't have this platter, & we are life long Lenox owners. I 100% recommend!

The item had many flaws one being the gold edging but the far worse was the center design was not in the center. Holiday Lenox pattern has been my most favorite dinnerware. But quality is not what it used to be. The platter has been returned.

Great platter, it is huge. Perfect for a turkey or ham or a dessert platter. Good quality porcelain, no flaws. Happy with this purchase.

I’ve bought this round platter on a good discount and believe it isn’t worth even a penny more than $30.The platter comes in a nice box and looks very festive. It is big enough to serve a whole chicken with a side dish or maybe some fruits. It’s not flat so you can’t use it for serving cakes (at least no bigger than 8”). It’s ivory not white. The leaves&berries decorations are very neat but not the gold edge. Firs of all the gold edge is much thinner than it’s on Lenox Holiday Salad Plates I have. Moreover it is uneven and there are some tiny gaps in it. I’ve tried to catch the roughness on the photos attached. I admit such imperfections on a platter for $30 but definitely not on a platter for over $100.

I purchased this tray as a gift. The tray is beautiful! Larger than it appears in the photo. It could be used for more than bread. I haven’t given the gift yet, but I think the recipient will be happy.

This is a beautiful piece as part of the larger Lenox set or on its own. It is the perfect size for a nice piece of cheese and the knife was able to cut with ease on the cheese I had. Perfect as a gift for the holidays.

I was able to serve two racks of lamb plus 3 large steaks on this platter.

Came chipped. Not even a small chip, rather large. Disappointed cause I was going to use this plate as my daughter's Santa cookies plate but now I can't.
