GiGi Honee Hair Removal Wax Warmer for 14 oz Wax Cans

Product receive defective and no way to return. Amazon chat not helpful. Am very disappointed. HOw can this be returned? I hope I receive a response as this was a costly item. also I would not even rate this as one star but a Minus star. I could not send this reveiw without having to indicate a star. Not good business

This is a very effective warmer and didn't take very long to warm up some wax I had been using in the microwave. What a difference! I can't wait to use it again. I like that the temperature can be adjusted after it warms the wax so that the wax stays the consistency I need it, no rushing to apply it before it hardens. It comes with collars to protect the warmer and they work well too. I bought the wrong wax first so I bought an aluminum wax pot to use my wax I had been using in the mic and the GiGi Electric Warmer handled that as though it was made for it.The size is about 8 inches in diameter and has flat walls on the outside which makes it easier to store (for me). I was afraid it would take to long because of other reviews and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my wax was ready.I would recommend this warmer because this is my first one and I was able to use it right off with no problem. The only glich I had to deal with was that I left it on high too long and had to wait with the warmer on low until the wax was the right consistency to use. I also had to learn how to use my sticks in the warmer but that quickly cleared up after a few attempts.

This listing is misleading. The actual warmer looks nothing like this - it's hexagonal, nowhere near as sleek looking, has a big clunky black knob, and does not include a lid. Additionally, it claims that it comes with a bottle of Sure Clean, which it does not. I bought two to replace my current warmers which are getting old, but even out of the box these new warmers are less effective than the old ones. These are probably going in the garbage. A total waste.

Does not come with the sure clean as advertised I only got this machine because it was supposed to come with the sure clean otherwise I would've gotten a different one that costs less money ! Also I didn't realize the warmer didn't have a lid which is crazy to leave the wax opened when not in use. To put the plastic lid from the wax back on is just a mess but it all I can do for now
