The glass is durable, it does not have any weird flavors and they are easy to clean. It comes with two spoolies for cleaning, and they work fine as long as you don't wait too long to clean the straws and there is nothing stuck inside them. The spoolies are on the soft narrow side so it is not a tough brush or help foaming soap inside the straw but helps move the soap and gently cleaning the inside. Rinse with tons of water. The plastic case is durable as well. I dropped it a couple of times and it didn't break. Also great if you want to get boba and don't know where to put your used straw in you car/purse.

The 14mm straw is the perfect size for boba. I have tried 12mm in the past, but it frequently got stuck.Unfortunately, the included brush is intended for narrower straws, so it does not work for the 14mm straw. You will need to buy a wider brush (luckily, I already had a wide brush).

Durable, pleasant to use, beautiful. Easy to clean and the cases are wonderful. Great buy! And works great with boba!

these are perfect for boba at home. we toss them in the dishwasher to clean.

We have not dropped one of these straws yet (knock on wood) so I only gave it a 3 for sturdiness. Initially I thought glass was too delicate for a straw so my initial thought was to return them. But other people in my household loved the transparency of the glass (especially for milk tea drinks with tapioca balls) so we kept them. They are very nice and wash very easily. In hindsight, they almost have to be glass because plastic would easily scratch and, after several cleanings, leave the transparency cloudy (and possibly harder to clean). The straws also come with a sturdy plastic carrying case in the event you want to take them out.

I think this product would be great if they come packed better? What I mean is that they came in a padded envelope and I think because they are in a case, but if someone drops the package on the porch.. it's still not enough.They are nice, but mine were broken. They were guaranteed, so I did get to return mine and super easy. I ended up getting metal (but too cold!). I love glass.

I was drinking my lemon water and I notice something in the bottom of my glass jar. To my surprise it was pieces of broken glass, the end of the glass straw had broke inside. I don’t know how, I don’t put sugar in my lemon water, so I don’t stir it and that’s all I use it for. Thank goodness I notice it before I swallow some of the glass.I think the straw is to thin. Would not recommend

Great sturdy strong BOBA glass straw. Love that two come in a nice hard case with a cleaning brush. Convenience and saving the environment. Use a key to poke a hole in your boba cup NOT THIS GLASS STRAW. Use common sense people! Thank you for a great product.

Is it really that hard to process and deliver an order that is complete and true to what the description says? Ordered 3 of these products, and they all arrived today, opened them and ONLY ONE case contained cleaning brushes, the other two had no brushes at all. Come on, get your act together.

So far, after using it about ten times, none of the straws have broken, but then again, they haven’t been dropped yet. The brushes only come in one size so cleaning the bigger straw is a bit of a hassle. Would be nice if the brushes were longer to fully clean the tubes. There is an unpleasant smell from the case which transfers over to the straws. Cleaning them with soap has not helped. :(But hey, I guess it’s good for it’s price.

Lately, I’ve been into making my own bubbletea at home and dislike using plastic straws. I’m not into the stainless steel look then I saw this! Beautiful straws and the straw come wrapped nicely with two cleaners and in a case (similar to a toothbrush travel case). I have used this a few times already, I’m very careful to clean it, but I am nervous that I’ll drop it.

What I love about these is- the case is durable- the straws are a hard see through glass that makes it obvious to note whether it is clean or not- they do not shatter in drastic heart changes (hot bubble tea vs iced)My ONLY critique is that the pipe cleaners that come with it are not the width of the straw. It would be more convenient if the pipe cleaners were the same width.Great purchase for myself, great gift for my friend, great all around.

Received the package. The box was in good condition but when opening up the cover for the straw found that one of the straw has already shattered wasn’t able to even use it before it broke. The case and glass straw cool idea but got to be very careful with them as they can break like mine did before using it
