Laptop works good, great performance for the value, however the screen quality could be better and the camera quality sucks.

I like not only the design and the color, but the versatility that this laptop offers. It gives me the option of combining storage technologies. It allows me to combine SSD NVMe with HDD as a 2nd disk as is the case with gaming laptops. Definitely, it is a good value for money.

This is a good computer, the keyboard is good, the touchpad is accurate and sensitive, the speed is decent, especially for the price, but the screen is terrible. I understand that the emphasis for this laptop is gaming, and the screen may have speed advantages, but the resolution seems to be half of what is claimed, the contrast is very low, and the viewing angle is so low that there is serious vignetting whenever there is a dark background, plus it is impossible to manage anything besides screen brightness. Maybe I should have anticipated the screen issues, but seriously, it is not up to what I expect of Acer. OTOH, the vendor was very willing to accept a return and I was able to purchase an Aspire 5 with a beautiful screen for an additional hundred dollars. My advice: unless screen speed is more important than anything else, spend the extra money, avoid eye fatigue.

Very nice laptop! I love it I got it because my old laptop wouldn’t connect to the internet and was so slow. I’m writing this review from my experience of web browsing and music production. For web browsing and running fl studio 20 it’s phenomenal it’s so fast to open tabs and fl studio. I LOVE ITTT

We bought three of these for our kids for xmas. Acer makes nice laptops. It will take care of their school and rec needs. Plays the kids games (including WoW). I am happy with this purchase!

海外からの発送に品のため、保証がありません。 よく読まずに購入したので、そこは仕方ないのですが、修理したかったので、サポートへ連絡したら出品者が退会していたようで、メッセージが届きませんでした。 アマゾンのカスタマーサービスにも連絡して、対応して頂きましたが、アマゾンから出品者へはメッセージが届くのに、私からメッセージを出しても届かずで、エラーのメールが返ってくるばかりでした。 出品者からメッセージが来るたびにアマゾンのカスタマーサービスへ電話をしていました。メッセージが届いた際にメールが届くので、そこへ返信すれば先方へ届くと聞いたのですが、返信は頂けませんでした。 出品者からメッセージで私からの返事がない、アマゾンのシステムのせいだとの内容ばかりで話が進まず、諦めました。 アマゾンカスタマーサービスの方では見れた写真も先方には見えないようで不良内容も伝わってはいなかったようで、諦めざるを得ませんでした エイサーへ修理に依頼をしたら、海外の商品なので、高額になるから買い直した方が良いと連絡頂きました。 高い勉強代になりありがとうございました。 故障の内容は、写真の通りですが、外れたネジにプラスチックが付着していたので、ネジの外れ防止で接着剤で固定していたと思われます。 普通は修理のためにネジを外せるように接着はしないと思いますが。。

The laptop is fast but it overheats. The charger cable is thin.

The laptop in the posting claimed to be built with a quad core chipset but the one received was equipped with only a much lesser dual core chipset. The unit was returned promptly.
