This is honestly the neatest gift I have ever purchased. I have a voicemail recording from my grandpa and did this gift for my dad so he could always hear his dad’s voice whenever he wanted. (My grandpa passed away in 2020). They emailed back very quickly to let me know they had received the voicemail. I loved that because their communication with you is great! It came very quickly also! When it came, we would scan the QR code and it gave us an error message and wouldn’t play the voicemail. I went through Amazon to contact them and they had it fixed within an hour of getting my message! I recommend this company and gift to anyone and everyone! They are GREAT!!
