I ordered this to use as a charger for my Asus computer. It works really well as a 2nd charger for travel. I like the different attachments that is has so you can use with just about any computer. It comes in handy when traveling and allows you to keep the charger that the computer came with at home.

Had a good number of laptop charging adapters, but didn't work work with my Microsoft Surface

1/7/2023 ReviewI bought this on 6/22/2021 as a backup charger for my work laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad) because my company doesn't provide extra laptop chargers... :)I use it all the time when I have to undock my laptop at work from my desk, when I'm working at home, and worked great when I brought it with me during a vacation.The 3 USB ports are a plus to use as a charging port for my phone just in case the USB ports are used up on my work laptop.

I have bought other adapters and they have worked well but not like this. The snugness of the connectors (instead of the adaptability of the 12V output) is miles ahead of its predecessors.

I would like to give this product a 4.5 rating but have to choose 4 or 5 instead. I generally only give products a rating of 5 when I am 100% satisfied with them. In the case of this charger/adapter I am very satisfied with it in every way except for one relatively minor complaint. When I "connect" two things together I like some "signal" that the connection is fully engaged and it won't come apart unless I intentionally disconnect it. On this adapter the interchangable tips engage fairly snugly when connected to the adapter but have no interlocking ridge/clip/snap to give me the "warm fuzzy" that I have it on all the way.The product does come with two storage clips that each hold 8 of the 16 interchangable tips when they are not in use.

The product appears solid.My concern/complaint is that the tip compatibility image shown above does not match the tip compatibility shown in instructions that came with the product.According to the image above, I should need an M15 tip for my Lenovo IdeaPad. With the product received, it is the M20 that is 4 x 1.7mm, however, the instructions do not list the M20 to be compatible with Lenovo on the specifications that came with the product.I would rate the product higher if I had written confidence of the compatibility of the tips for my IdeaPad.

For the money this adapter was hard to beat. Has been ok for the year I've had it. No weird spikes or burnt smells so it's held up so far. The USB ports are a nice touch when you don't want to plug in more than one adapter to charge multiple devices.
