Comfy and great for postpartum
Bought these for postpartum. They’re super comfy and fit as expected. Nice, soft cotton material with a good amount of stretch. I like the high waist for that added support for my post-baby belly. I don’t think I’ll stop wearing them.

Comfortable C-Section Underwear
I purchased these at the end of my pregnancy and have loved them since. They are great for c-section mamas. The underwear are soft and have just enough compression and stretch.

Great for Post Hysterectomy Surgery
These panties are a great upgrade from those mesh ones provided by the hospital! I am so glad I ordered these. They are very comfortable and soft. Best part is they fit perfectly over my incisions. There is no rubbing or irritation. They stay in place.

I've never been pregnant.....read on to explain
I can't find the brand of panties that I finally fell in love with so I have been trying different ones. Why is it so hard for women to find good panties much less great panties? I've always been a regular frame (5' 5", skinny but toned, size 2-4 jeans depending on who makes them but when I quit my job to just stay home and run our small business, I put on a little belly for the first time ever in my life because I wasn't active at the workplace, menopause, plus I have a small umbilical hernia which causes back up and bloating constantly. I've never been pregnant but I can't seem to find larger size panties that are bigger in the belly ONLY without the rear and the legs being humongous. I figured I would give these a try and was surprised by how soft and easy the stretch was in the belly area and how comfortable they are but.....yes, I could fit both my legs into one leg opening. They kind of sit like loose boy shorts, on me at least. I do like them so I think what I'll do is keep them and just take in a little stitch on the side of the legs to tighten them up. I don't care if they don't look sexy. I've been married too long and we are past the point of me wearing sexy panties. Sometimes comfort takes precedent. The moral of the story is that it's ok to purchase pregnancy panties even if you're not pregnant.

!
I would give these 10 out of 5 stars. I wish I had these 3 months ago! I am scheduled for a C-Section on 4/2, I decided to wear a pair to test comfort and size a few days prior. I never want to wear a thong or regular undies again. They are soft, comfortable, and as depicted. They come up about mid-belly and as long as you get your size, they stretch in all the right places. They are C-section undies, they don't give a lot of support to a big belly, they are meant for coverage not support. I am 5' 1" and about 230 lbs XL was a great size for me. I hope to get back to my original 125/130, and will be wearing these until they get to be too big! If there was anything to complain about, it would be the sewed inseam of the crotch being wide but not long. Best comparison I can give is needing a 3 pad for your period and only having a 1. If you are loosing any fluids it won't like up with the extra sown in fabric. As a girl, we can never get the perfect size for cooter coverage length and width size (for that extra patch on the inside). None the less, 10 out of 5 stars and would recommend these for all of your third trimester. Helps stop itching from stretching skin, has the right amount of coverage, and the band is not harsh or sitting at the waist line under the bump. You need these as early as possible and even if you do or do not have a c-section!

Nice for postpartum
Helped me during postpartum, to feel a little more normal with a large pad in. Kept everything where I needed it to be and was fairly comfortable. Nice material, had no issues with ripping. As expected.

Good idea to buy for tummy support
I bought this after my unplanned c-section and use them still 4-5months postpartum. initially they were a bit tight in the crotch area and caused me some irritation along my thigh to crotch area but I also had some complications with my c-section that caused me to to retain water weight.
