This large gel ice pack was such a tremendous help to me during my recovery from recent hip replacement surgery! It is so big that it covered my thigh from knee to hip crease. The pack re-freezes quickly after several hours of truly excellent icing that brings great relief. It has a smooth side so that it doesn’t irritate the skin. I covered the plastic (outside) side with a terry kitchen towel, but a bathroom hand towel would work well too, just to absorb condensation from that surface. I can’t recommend this highly enough. Of many ice packs I used, this was my favorite!

Well made

I bought these to use after my carpal tunnel surgery. I wanted to be able to target the incision area and have something that fit into my sling as well. These worked great and 2 months later my daughter is using them after childbirth-they fit well in a bra. Also great for using on kids since they are a smaller size. I have only used them cold, have not tried the hot feature.

My boys play hard and get hurt, they are more of outdoors than inside kiddos. These ice packs are perfect, I took half to our permanent camper spot and have the other half at home. Great quality! Would totally buy again. Edit- these are still great but I have 2 that the seams have busted. I'm kinda sad because these are really nice. I broke my finger and needed the cold pack at 4am, too early for all of that lol. I'd still buy these again, I took one star away and added a picture of the busted seam.

Great products. They stay cold and are the perfect size.

I wrote, less then a week of receiving these. A couple of them exploded, as soon as I pulled them from the freezer. A couple more, leaked all over the handkerchief, as they started to thaw…first use. I realized they were leaking due to the chemical burn, that left horrible painful rashes, lasted for weeks…longer than the ALL of the ice packs!! I live with chronic pain. I have to wrap both ankles, multiple times a day. I was so happy to have found the product. Having 4 sizes, 2 of each. But all of them broke instantly, or as they were falling. My feet have to be up, so it’s not like there was some wear & tear! I messaged the company, within the first week. Nothing was ever said. Nobody ever responded. I’m trying to get disability, for the past two years. I had three major emergency surgeries. I have no money to spare. So I feel like I have been stolen from. I could’ve spent that money on some groceries! I don’t like bad mouthing anything. But do not buy these! Unless you have money to throw away. The only reason why there is one star… Is because it won’t let me send this without putting one up.

I've only owned this set of gel ice packs for about 2 months. They work ok. But 2 of them have already started leaking gel ... even though it's not like they're being used in an unusual or rough manner. But they were pretty inexpensive...so I guess you get what you pay for.
