I enjoyed reading the book, and I have a physics education.

As someone who is well into their senior years, I have been a voracious and curious reader for more than 7 decades. I have loved reading all kinds of books on a wide and varied range of topics. One of my favorite kinds of books are science and facts books. This is why while browsing on Amazon when I saw this huge 632-page hardcover book (The book of strange but true science) I decided to purchase it. Even though I had read many of these same facts and truths in other books in the past; nevertheless, I enjoyed reading this interesting and informative book. This book is organized into 13 very fascinating chapters covering “science fiction to science fact, scientists acting strangely, only in the military, spaced out, high strangeness: UFOS, game changers, humans: warts and all, fringe and wild speculations, animal oddities, discoveries and inventions, medical science, food, and miscellaneous curios.” If you enjoy reading unusual science facts, you may want to check out this book. Second book in the set I purchased for my son. He loves this book and the other one and looks forward to getting more!
