I have a tough case of H. pylori overgrowth which has produces lesions in my descending colon, very painful at times. The gastroenterologist had me on a two-week regimen of antibiotics and emprazole, a proton pump inhibitor so I knew I needed to replenish my friendly gut bacteria. Did this product help to do that? After 3 weeks, I'm not sure. It's been a difficult task. But I believe in the general digestive testimonials posted and in the quality of this product. For anyone taking antibiotics, I discovered not to take a probiotics soon after or before. I space mine in between my drug dosage 6 hours before and after. That way the probiotics won't be destroyed by the antibiotics.

I'm not the target market for this but it seems to be what my gut needed. After dealing with 12 days of strong antibiotics to get rid of H. Pylori last year, my gut was messed up for months... other probiotics were not helping me and I was constipated all the time. These probiotics are helping a lot after 1 month. I feel less bloated and I'm becoming regular. I'm on my 2nd box so far. If any adverse effects occur, I'll be sure to update my review.

I have tried various probiotics and not found them to be terribly helpful, but this one WORKS! I will probably stick with it. I have had problems with constipation for the first time in my life since going on several medications in the last year or two. This, together with a stook softener from Walgreens (1 capsule before I go to bed at night of Docusate Calcium, not to be confused with Docusate Sodium, which I found didn't work quite as well and I often needed to take 2 to do the trick). I have also tried to increase my fiber intake (organic kale, which I love steamed, fresh organic apples with the skin on, and a variety of other fruits and vegetables, some of which I buy frozen to have on hand).

Best probiotic on the market. I only use this product for years now. I take heavy amounts of LONG TERM ANTIBIOTICS and so to balance I take 8 capsules a day. Four mornings four nights

Good: This is a wonderful product. Since I've been taking it, my heartburn has been few and far between. Bad: Some of the capsules are hard i.e., not powder. My last two orders had this problem. So far, I've lost 8 capsules. This leaves me short for the month. I've attached photos of my last order. The capsule on the left is hard and the one on the right is powder. I toss the hard one and consume the other.

I have tried a few and waster impressed with these, my stomach seemed upset more on these (thats why I take em to prevent that) didn't seem to work as well as others guess all the hype was just that Ill go back to my regular brand
