I liked that is looked expensive. It was shiny black. I gave it as a gift to a 10 yr old boy asking for a hand held game for Christmas. It was a pick of mittens off a tree so I did not know the child I bought this for. I thought it a bit expensive for the size, but I guess it's a technology of games that one pays for. Hope he liked it.

The buttons stick. I bought 3 and they are not great nor very responsive. To get to the "thousand" games you'll need to download em or scroll via this very tedious menu and then when it does load see if it's something you wanted. Games work well but not what I was expecting. These guys pay you for a 5star rating so most of these are not what you think.

I bought this for my 8 year old for a long trip and he absolutely loved it! Too many games for him to play which kept him very busy and entertained. The sound was amazing and he loved all of the other features. Very happy with this and a great value for the price.

Decent. Good gift for under 10yo. Old school games not like in the picture. Very light weight, comes with charger. Not as many games as advertised.

The media could not be loaded.  This PSP clone is a decent portable gaming system It can easily play game Boy, Gameboy color, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, and Sega Genesis. It does have a hard time playing PlayStation or higher games due to hardware struggles. Overall I would recommend this! The menu is easy to navigate, the games are easy to load onto the system, everything is built generally good. I would complain about the d-pad though. There are only four directional buttons, which for games like Mortal Kombat with special moves back down forward is nearly impossible to do. It feels awkward in games like MK and Street Fighter, but the joystick comes in handy only in those times. I would use the joystick in the menu mainly. Again for $30 for a portable game system with a decent screen and sound that plays all the classic 8-bit and 16-but games, why not. Oh and it loads fine without the SD card in it. Turn the system on then put in the SD card it works fine otherwise it won't boot. Happy gaming!

Retro games, and you can download more! This may not be the most expensive handheld but it's great, will play some ps1 too, its show a little darker but good that it can! Other handhelds can't do that. shows on TV good. I can play all the game of the past. more game than I ever can play; thousand or not. Good mp3 player with some e.q features, plays movies, no radio, has a voice recorder, play text eBook with large fonts and auto page turn timer, clock has to be set on every start up, stop watch and calculaters is good. I'm playing: nes, snes, GBC, GBA and ps1. I have a 16gb card plus room on the 8gb internal. Auto display off timer, restart by holding down the start button. Has a save state and load State for all games. The games will play on retroarch too. I'm not a hardcore gamer but be easy with the joystick, use the controller buttons more, had to go in it to fix joystick, also has two post for the other small speaker "works good", put small speaker holes on the other side, good hacker device not a lot of money

The hype to try and go back to retro console specially handheld its captivating however, this one ain't it. Battery doesn't last but 5mins after first charge, the buttons layouts are not as described (Button A has the B functions), the equipment in itself weights just as much if not lighter than a solar calculator (this should tell you the quality of what you're getting; except a solar calculator is worth 4.99$), the list goes on. Go find something else that it's l9ng lasting and much attention calling to your little one or for yourself. This will just be a waste a money that will last you no more than a week. Not to mention, you can't play games while charging it as it will shut off on you but battery will not hold the charge.

The price point is too much for this cheap piece of plastic. I purchased this with the hopes of wasting hours of my life. Instead, I was left disappointed yet again with my life choices
