Very nice flavour. Will buy again

I wanted to make a new gourmet pizza recipe for the festive season. I used this product to enhance the taste of vegetable pizza for my guests who ate vegetarian, the difference in the taste was amazing. With just a few slices I got the best results. It’s a good value for money, tastes absolutely fresh and authentic . I got my second jar today and I’ll keep using it.

Provide a great flavour which can be use in many dishes. Good shavings and don't break down to pieces so cannot complain at all, obviously not the cheapest but they are a luxury ingredient.

Ottimo veramente ottimo...questo formato garantisce il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo...ho preparato una cena di fine anno fantastica. Le lamelle di tartufo risultano buone e resistenti alla cottura inoltre con l'aggiunta di un olio al tartufo potrai stupire i tuo commensali come con quello appena grattato o per lo meno fare una eggreggia figura. Ho preparato tagliolini al tartufo antipasto e filetti di vitello al tartufo con porcini. Risultato ottimo. Ne consiglio l'acquisto in questo formato per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Per due persone ne ho usato la metà condendo tutte le mie portate. Antipasto, tagliolini al tartufo e filetti con porcini e tartufo.

Das Produkt ist ok. Achtung: Sommertrüffel. Da aber für solche Produkte fast immer Sommertrüffel verwendet werden, geschenkt. Schmeckt auch. Für den herkömmlichen Gebrauch gut geeignet. Man darf nur nicht echten Trüffelgeschmack erhoffen. Es ist viel aromatisiert.

These truffle slices have exceptionally intense flavor, and a little goes a long way. I'm not a great cook, but when I cook for my partner, this condiment turns my mediocre cooking into something special. It's extremely versatile, so using it a few times a week doesn't get repetitive. I mix a little with pasta or grains (eg, rice, pilaf, couscous) and might add some veggies to it. It's also delicious when baking or grilling fish, especially tuna, salmon and cod. I've also added some to my oil-and-vinegar salad dressing with not other spices. I use a small hand blender to mix it up, and it's a quick and easy almost gourmet dressing. It's a bit salty, so I don't add much salt (if any) to the water when I boil rice or pasta. With some imagination, there are dozens of ways this can be used creatively for us non-cooks to turn out something special.
