She’s stupid, it’s name is Emma so I call it a she. She bumps into everything, and just gets stuck going back and fourth until you grab her and move her then she tells you to put her down. She misses patches all the time and it takes her about 15 minutes to find her charging station because she just goes in circles and crashes into everything.

First, the thing updated recently and refuses to connect to wifi. Now I have no way to control the damn thing other than the off/on button. Once you reset it and it begins screaming verbal instructions at you, you have no way of disabling it or even adjusting the volume. Fantastic.This vacuum is absolutely awful in every way. If you have rugs, furniture, carpet, multiple rooms, or possessions of any kind, this is not the right vacuum. This thing is ideally suited to perfectly square rooms with no furniture, conetely bare floors, and no open doorways to other rooms.It completely fails to navigate around furniture. If I don't blockade the hallway, it gets stuck in a corner going back and forth until the battery dies.Despite generating a "map" of the room, it can find its charging dock about 1/10 times. It will get stuck on rugs, or the baseboard, or the threshold to another room, or any obstacle more than 1/4 inch tall. When it does get stuck, it grinds its wheels into the ground for a solid minute, making horrible noises and probably damaging the floor.Honestly I spend more time babysitting this stupid thing than I would vacuuming myself. I deeply regret buying it at all.

Received this product as a gift about a year and a half ago. Was great when I first got it and although it doesn't handle carpet transitions as well as others, i was pretty satisfied. Claimed battery life of 110 minutes is not true, I am currently down to 12 minutes of runtime. Contracted Trifo about a replacement battery and they claimed the battery was not replaceable. Then they claimed that since I was out of warranty I could have a $100 credit towards a new trifo. Finally they said I could have the battery replaced for $86, shipping not included. Irobot here I come.

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love my TriFo Emma Pet!! I bought this vacuum machine right before the holidays and it's perfect for the on-the-go family. We set this vacuum before we head out to do errands and when we get back our carpet and hardwood floors are free of crumbs and unwanted pet hairs. (Family includes a messy toddler and a shedding dog).I was completely surprised about how powerful the suction was and the ability to get every nook and cranny of my condo's first floor! It's more quiet than my Dyson and the app and WIFI connectivity work perfectly. It is great to watch it vacuum while I watch my Prime Shows.I can't wait to buy another Emma for my 2nd floor!

This is the first robotic vacuum I have ever owned and I'm pretty impressed. It took a little getting used to at first. It has a pretty good suction power and moves effortlessly through the house. It did have a little trouble at first with doing the same spot over and over but we got that sorted out. Overall, decent battery life and good performance. Very happy with this product.

Emma is the single most stupid robot vacuum I think I've ever encountered. She constantly gets stuck under objects, spins in circles, is rather loud, and otherwise fails to properly vacuum the floor. I have spent more time attempting to reset Emma than she has spent cleaning. Do NOT waste your money on her. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a headache, and vacuum yourself because all your buying with Emma, is an electronic toddler that continues to disappoint you.

Its really not smart at all it gets stuck more often then not sometime it drives straight to the points where she gets stuck its a waste of money.

Size, fit and finish - The size is adequate to go around the house and clean. Except corners which you will have to do once every week. The height is also enough to go underneath furniture. Build quality is good. However, my bristles of the brush came off after 1 months of usage. The new one for another model costs ₹1,000/- so basically all these consumables will cost more over the span of its usage. (SEE EDIT-1 BELOW)Suction- one can really vouch for its suction power and also adjust as per their cleaning needs through the app. It suck up everything in its part.Battery life - very good since my house is a 800sq ft carpet and it cleans it multiple times without going below 50% battery.Navigation- every cleaning robot essentially has the same hardware almost. It is the navigation software and the extra hardware for navigation which makes it more efficient. This however has just a bump and turn technique and unfortunately goes areound the same place again and again wasting precious battery. The software boasts of AI learning each time it navigates but there is no evidence of the same.App - it is just the version 2 of the software that is present telling you that there is still a lot to learn by the company and update the software. It is buggy as well and one cannot easily manually navigate using the option given in the app. There is a lot of lag.Mopping - the mopping function is an additional water tank and cloth provided which fits externally. It is not a fool proof stuff and is practically non existant. Better buy for vaccuming only.Overall verdict - it is ok to buy as a first robot vacuum cleaner unless one wants a foolproof product then they should go for LIDAR tech navigating robots which will clean and do mopping both with internal water tanks.EDIT :1 - As soon as i posted the brush problem to cambium retail support on watsapp, they immediately sent a new brush the same day. This means their support is spot on.

I ordered for the ever first time robotic vacuum cleaner but I received used product. There was all dust and hair. I have asked for refund. Not happy with this service at all. I didn't bother to on it.

Initially I was very disappointed when I recieved the robot. While the description and questions refer to water tank and mopping , This ROBOT does not have mopping. Its misleading to read it in the description. However ,the robot itself has amazing good suction and picks up all the dust , hair and fine dust. It does great on rugs and carpets too. The only time you will need a mop is to clean up any spills. Otherwise Trifo Emma at the price point is Very Good.

It is not possible to download Software Update 02.02. It says it is downloading and then it stays stuck there for days.. So it is not a question of slow downlaod. It just does not download. Without 02.02 it is not possible for the machine to map the room or work in intelligent mode.
