Arrived in a box that had previously been opened. The charger had been removed from the box and placed back in the box upside down. The snapped off piece with also in the box. The charger was ill fitted in the box and sealed with packing tape. Then for some bizarre reason, was shipped to me as a new product. I have returned it and ordered a replacement. Let's see if CEDirect will send me a new sealed unit. Edit: they did send me a replacement unit that I have now used for quite some time. Excellent bit of kit. Changing from one star to 4 stars.

Despite the courier messing up on delivery times the seller was very cooperative when dealing with my communication. The product is a nice design and doesn't clutter up my area.

Bought this for my husband as a gift, He loves this charger and says he does not know how he ever managed without it..... We both highly recommend this product

I've been a fan of Scosche mounts and chargers for years and have been using them since the first Pixel XL. Sadly with the latest Pixel 7 Pro the phone is too big and heavy for this mount and will sag after the first big bump. I bought this particular mount as an update over the previous model which does not have a way of securing the vent anchor so any chicanes will have your mount and phone swinging about which will distract you while driving along in with any other large movements. This new one does have a screw down anchor which is a nice update but the stabilising ring around it does nothing at all especially in the side to side motion. The ball joint needs to be stiffer in order to take larger and heavier phones, as it is this device is perfect for my old Pixel 5 but can't handle the bigger - Pro/Max/Ultra models but at the price they're asking it's too much and there's better and cheaper models available.

At first I was skeptical about this phone mount, and how well it would operate with the auto mount/unmount. I have now had this product for over three months, and I attach and detach my phone dozens of times a day from it. It works flawlessly, and the fact I can quickly mount and unmount my phone is great, the induction charging is great. The overall quality is great! I have no complaints!

This product is great but be aware that it will not work with phone that don't charge wireless since it will not detect the presence of the phone and it will not grip it.

Couldn't hold a large, heavy phone like a Galaxy S24 Ultra. Constantly falling out whenever going over bumps. Irritating as hell. Needs a brace on the bottom. Cheaply made.

Je suis toujours étonné d'acheté un produit d'occasion et qu'il manque des pièces aussi importantes que le cordon d'alimentation. Pour un chargeur de cellulaire pour l'auto, c'est incompréhensible. Aucune vérification sur le produit qui a été retourné par le précédent consommateur? Visiblement, il c'est servit dans la boite.
