Just keeps working!
I’ve installed this brand in several sinks & two homes over the years, and they are great! The instructions are easy to follow, and standard alkaline batteries seem to last forever. Zero troubleshooting, except for adjusting the temp once; but that was simple and not due to any problem with the faucet. And we have a full house, home all day, using the sinks all day long. Could not be happier with this faucet!

Amazing product for the price you pay
I've been looking for a touchless bathroom sink faucet since month and this was by far the best choice. A touchless faucet from any major manufacturers almost costs a fortune. I have two little kids and they waste a lot of water for hand washes and keep the tap running for a long time. It's been a week that I have this in place and works like a charm. As many reviewers have pointed out that there is no way to reduce the water pressure and the newer homes having the Push/Pull valves, we either have water or no water unlike the older under sink shut-off valves. I spent an extra bucks and bought a pair of XVL Shower Head Shut-Off Valve for $8.99 (pictures attached) and had them attached to the hot/cold mixer value on either sides to monitor/reduce the water pressure. I love all the features of this faucet for what its priced at and also used a set of rechargeable batteries for the motion sensor. I will update my review based after a few months on the performance and the minimum life of the batteries for one charge.

I love this faucet!!! And so does the entire family!
The motion detection is PERFECT! I was able to adjust the perfect temperature for so it's never too hot or too cold. The one gripe I have is that the black lens is flimsy and could let water in. But even so, I STILL love it!

Good if properly installed. Updated 5/21
We replaced the bathroom fixtures at our school with these because of COVID, hands free and all that. They seem to perform well, but a few points about installation:1. The weak point of this system seems to be the mix valve. It seems to be made of soft metal, and the threads are easy to damage when connecting the feed lines. Once damaged it’s gone.2. The design necessitates using the included feed lines. They are not standard type feed lines and don’t have the rubber washers those have. Replacing these may be difficult. Lines should be at least three inches longer.3. Connecting the main feed line from the valve to the faucet requires a tight fitting O ring in both ends. This does NOT come with the kit. If you don’t use an O ring it WILL leak. This is a blatant oversight on the manufacturer’s part.4. Since at some point battery changes are inevitable it would be nice to have an access panel that doesn’t use itty bitty.screws that get lost easily. Considering that this is a compartment with a water seal, it’s important to be able to secure it easily and reliably. I mean, it works, but it’s just something that can be an annoyance later.5. The stem can be a bit tough to tighten sufficiently. This is because it rests on top of the plastic plate covering the two holes in the vanity top on either side of the stem hole, and tightening too much will crack it. A metal plate or some sort of tab machined in the brass stem to prevent movement would be a big help.Overall, though, it seems to be a good compromise of quality and price. I suppose you could pay $300 and get something without the cons listed above, but that adds up really fast when you’re replacing 20 fixtures. It’s a trade off. Take your time with installation, maybe buy an extra valve and and feed lines in case something happens later. How does it hold up against constant use by school kids? I’ll come back and let you know.UPDATE:So far I've had to replace only one control box out of 12 units. It just stopped opening the flow valve, faucet would just drip slowly.UPDATE 2 (5/21): I noted before how it can be difficult to sufficiently tighten the spout enough to prevent rotation movement. Well, what ends up happening is kids play with it, move it around, and that ends up cutting into the cord for the sensor that passes through the hole in the sink top and rendering the faucet useless. Only solution I know of is either find a metal replacement plate and/or a silicone based sealant that will hold the spout in place and discourage twisting.Ultimately what is needed is a way to purchase individual replacement components, and I have yet to figure out how to do that.

It looks good and it’s working like a charm.
I’ve had it for a month and it has been working great. I had to adjust the water pressure to slow down the force of water that comes out when it automatically comes on. Other than that it works fine.

It was last only for 30 days
I am very disappointment because sensor stop working right after 30 days they need to work little better on the product waist of time and money. Please be sure you have enogh test on the product before launch it to market this is not good for business.

Looks great hope it lasts. Other reviews not to kind!
Install pretty easy. Concerned about longevity as many reviews suggest it's made cheaply and within a few months will start to leak and short out the battery compartment. That's why I only bought one instead of 6 for our child care center. Hopefully they resolved some production issues and are providing a better product. We will see. It's only been in use a day. Will report back in a few months. No warranty except a 30 day return policy.

Will keep purchasing more
Retrofitted our bathrooms at work with these. Purchased 5 so far and they work great! Batteries last a long time in them too.
