The brush fits the base of the toothbrush. I wasn't sure. It brush is a bit more firm than what I usually get, but I like it.

I love the convenience of getting these in bulk. Nice to have some in stock at home when they need to be replaced every 3 months. They feel great as well.Only down side, with every IO oral b brush design, toothpaste looooves to get into the tiny open groove on the front of the brush. Makes it difficult to clean

My dental hygienist recommends this toothbrush style, and I find the shape perfect for moving from one tooth to the next, giving a squiggle in between. So far so good, many years of praise from my dentist.

When I bought my electric toothbrush I had no idea the replacement brushes were so crazy expensive. I was happy to find them on Amazon cheaper than any where else I looked. They are the name brand replacement heads. I like that they are individually packaged so when I open the primary package the others remain sealed until I need them. I replace my toothbrush head every 4 months.

These are expensive, but currently, you have no choice but to purchase them, as the spindle on which they fit in the latest Oral B toothbrushes is thicker than previous models so there is no commonality. The brushes also have a differently shaped base. Be warned!
