Propper Unisex 6 Panel Cap

I really like hats made from the ripstop fabric. I like the clean plain look of this hat. This hat is comfortable and has a strong Velcro clasp on the back. I like everything about it the color is great and looks awesome. My only complaint is the front is a little tall and I wish you could order it with no reinforcement in the front so it was a little more flexible. All in all I will buy another one and recommend this to anyone looking for a great clean looking hat.

I have been trying to find a well-constructed hat. This is it.Many other comparable brands were too small and couldn't be pulled down far enough to feel comfortable, by just resting on the top of my head. This is more of a mid-profile... Not too low or tall. My head is 22.5 inches around where the band should fit. The adjustable velcro strap has almost 2 inches to expand for larger heads.I am not sure if the picture will help, but the hat on the left is a Tru-Spec (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FU6AC6U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04__o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which was too low profile for me. Notice how the Propper, on right, comes up a little higher. Also, the color black of the Propper is blacker, and not [very] slightly brown, like the Tru-Spec. Both are very good hats, but for these reasons, the Propper is better for me.

This is a nice hat and in matches my uniform shorts. The same material and color.

I love my hats and this one was okay but it just didn’t hit it for me. If you aren’t concerned on how hats fit your head then this probably wont matter to you. But the hat for me sat extremely low next to my ears and the forehead portion sat a little too high up. Definitely made me feel like I was still wearing an 8-point without the points. I’ll end o a good note, the fabric used is exactly what I was looking for, had the grid type pattern of stitching as well.

Another copy of the Crye Precision shooter cap that falls short of the real thing. This cap has a structured front, making it a little stiff and definitely not low-profile. Also, it has no velcro patches and oddly, a button on the top instead of a velcro patch, which make it seem more like a casual ballcap that a tactical shooter's cap. Not worth the time!
