This is a large bottle of big white pills of calcium. Our family is prone to bone density problems, so this is a supplement we take seriously. Just one of these daily can help with getting this much needed ingredient. The pills can be a bit hard to swallow if you have trouble with big pills. They can be cut in half if needed. Plenty in the bottle for the cost!

Beware: Description is Incorrect
Product is fine but description is wrong. I received one huge bottle of 180 tablets, not the pack of 3 smaller bottles with 60 tablets in each, like the description reads.

Easy to take
I ordered these because I’m taking another supplement that has zinc and my other calcium supplements contained zinc as well. These are nice because they can be taken once or twice per day, rather than three times, depending on how much calcium and vitamin D you get in your daily diet. I can take magnesium separately. Previously, I used the calcium, magnesium, zinc, and D3 from this same brand and I never had any problems with this brand. It’s affordable and it has good safety reviews available online.
