Most neck pillows i have used wont have the lock-button to keep it same position.PocketIt also have a small pocket in one sleeve which is good enough to hold a wired head set. Initially i found the fiber-stuffing was less but when it comes to usability it does the comfort. If there are too much stuff inside it becomes sturdy and wont give the comfort.- Conclusion -I have used an air filled neck pillow before which causes neck pain as they are too stiff. This fluffy one makes my travel even more pleasant.

great support to the neck in flights

Used for my international travel of 20+ hrs. Its not comfortable. Also the fabric is not durable, inside filling is keep on coming outside from its pores. Hook is also do not function as expected.Overall stay away.
