Only complaint ive got with this chair is that i wish it would be more upright as i play games and like to sit more forward but other than that its a great chair.

Initially I thought the chair was great: Very quick delivery. Everything in the box. Clear assembly instructions, easy to follow and assemble.However, after a few weeks use I am regretting my purchase. The lumber support is only adjustable up and down. The angle can't be changed so as a result it digs into my back (the cushioning isn't sufficient and I can feel the plasic). Likewise the headrest only goes up and down and comes forward far too much, causing me to sit with bad posture.For the price, I'd expect much better than this. This chair is as good as others that are a fraction of the cost.When I bought this chair I went on the positive reviews. It has come to my attention, however, that the company is paying people to leave good reviews, hence the inflated numbers. This is a dodgy practice and makes me wonder if the quality of the chair is also not what it seems. The crappy lumber support is certainly disappointing.

Bought this very luckily just before the pandemic hit. I've had it around 6 months and sit in it about 40-50 hours a week while working from home. I had a chronic back condition which has got better while using this chair. It's very comfortable for long periods of time. I absolutely love this chair, I can't praise it enough! Remember to adjust it correctly so your knees are at a right angle while arms are level with your desk (raise your feet if required) and allow a bit of flex with the rear support.
