I ordered this item to cover the electrical equipment we have in the backyard. It has been such an eye sore for YEARS! We wanted something tall enough to not show the meters and things so we ordered the 16" W x 96"L x 16.5" H as we thought it would be the best option for what we needed. What arrived was just the basic layer which was very disappointing as it was not tall enough to cover the meters. Their customer service was so quick to respond and sent out a replacement that arrived in 2 days! They allowed me to keep or donate the one they had sent by mistake. So happy with their customer service and their raised beds are really sturdy and well made. I was able to put it together fast and didn't need help to do it. Love this product!!!

We purchased 2 of these raised beds. They were easy to assembly and have a much nicer, more natural look compared to our other metal raised beds. We will use these for crops like radish, carrot, and garlic. As far as value for the money, that is to be determined if the cedar holds up to the weather as anticipated. One of the 8 decorative caps was split upon arrival. I contacted the manufacturer through the Amazon support process. The manufacturer was quick to respond and immediately sent out a replacement free of charge. I was very pleased with their customer service.

Love this size! The back yard of my city lot is filling up with raised beds including others by Greenes. Logistically, I needed something narrow but deep to grow potatoes in - and this was perfect. Assembled it today - went together like a charm. These aren't heavy duty wood but I line them with weed block and set the corners on bricks to elevate the wood above the soil and have had no problems.

Awesome planter! So easy to assemble that I put it together in 5-10 minutes. The wood is pretty decent quality too. Not the smoothest, but nice and straight. I couldn't build my own for less money.

This raised bed was so easy to put together! We wanted to be able to move it and fill it with different plants so we did not fill it with dirt. We put the flowers in 2 24x8 containers and then added 2 large tomato plants in 3 gallon containers. It is perfect for our purposes.

I bought two of these for my garden. They were easy to assemble but not sturdy at all. Very hard to move to another area without them falling apartIt comes with four screws but it needs many more. Not solid. It looks better in pictures.

I don't know how these will hold up in the long run but they were easy to put together and add a nice look to the outside of my deck. I have perennials planted in one and my tomatoes planted in another.
