This is the only supplement I take for pregnancy because good quality beef organs arent available to me as a whole food right now. And, its hard for me to eat quite frankly... These are so much easier to ingest! Beef organs are "nature's multivitamin" and are far better for your body than anything synthetic. Although expensive, you cant beat the quality of these supplements. They've been worth the monthly cost to keep baby and I healthy. Plus, synthetic vitamins would make me vomit when I first started my health journey. These however, I do not get nauseous over.

Didn't cause issues with digestion, but I began by taking 2 a day with breakfast and dinner to see how my body will react to it, then added 2 more. I have been taking this product for approximately 6 months. My immune system has improved significantly. The only thing I don’t like is the label. I would like to know is the product is soy, wheat, dairy free and is there is. any additional ingredients. Pills doesn’t bother my digestion, smells isn’t bad, no aftertaste, quality seems to be good since is helping me. Lately, I noticed there 3rd parties selling them but since there’s so many counterfeit products I will only buy from Heart and Soil

I’ve been struggling with symptoms from low B-12 and taking very high doses which was helping, but since adding this I feel amazing.
