I buy these regularly as I buy and sell bikes. Never had a issue.

I bought these because I'd just bought a Saracen Raw MTB from an autojumble and the cables were either snapped or non existent, these did the job perfectly. As I used my bike as nearly a daily to college I can say no problems so far since fitted nearly half a year ago!

Does the job for a good price. There are more expensive products but this gets the good done for a good price. ALL cables stretch to a certain extent when fitting new and have to be adjusted in the first couple of weeks. (Relating to other reviews of the same product.)

These cables are just what I needed to restore a Specialized mountain bike that I was given. Literally, everything removable has needed to be replaced on it.The brake cables are double-sided so you can choose either Mountain Bike or road bike fitting. The cables easily cut with pliers.The outer cable housings are good quality. You can just about cut the brake cable housings with pliers, but I've had to order new cable cutters for the gear ones.There are plenty of end pieces and other bits to put on the cables.I'm really pleased that I ordered these ones and can definitely recommend them.

These cables are definitely not stainless steel I purchased a set not even a year ago and the bike as been in the garage most of that and the cables are still rusty
