I’ve been taking ascension brain for about a month now and have really like them. I have felt an improvement in my concentration and mental clarity. I like that there is ashwaganda and CBD in the formula. After the first week or so that I had been taking them my wife tried them and immediately starting taking them daily with me. The pills also seem to help with reducing the negative mental effects of hangovers. I usually take 2 or 3 capsules in mid morning. I’m definitely buying another bottle when this one runs out.
