The slide door to get to the controls and the SD card it’s very hard to take off other than that the camera is OK

LED lights have failed. 2nd camera ive owned. Only after 2 months. The first camera would not ever come on. 2nd camera just has some issues.

Stopped working after 3 weeks

I received two Wild Game Innovations Cameras as a Christmas gift. Very excited for these cameras to get out in the woods as they have had good reviews. One camera was the Switch Cam 16 and the other was a Terra 12 (I believe). To my disappointment neither camera is working as it should less than 120 days after putting them out. The Switch Cam's flash is only working out to a few feet. The Terra camera is not working at all. Both have new batteries in them. The Terra camera will turn on as it should, but will not take any pictures when I have watched deer walk right in front of it and I have tried to get it to take pictures of myself. Sadly, I do not have the receipts for these items and I am just out the money to buy new cameras.Very disappointed as other Wild Game Innovations products I have bought have been great.

Easy setup with the switches no doubt about it. Photo quality is good but is way to slow to capture anything. Mine has been placed for whitetail hunting and in the off season security purposes. It frequently misses vehicles driving 5mph past it. At 10-15' away. Battery life sucks in cold weather. I have to pry it open with a knife when checking it in the field. Had this unit for over a year now and it's junk.

I'm running 10 cameras but i have 2 of these, using them for 3 months now. Both have the same issue. Night vision stopped working after a month, pic quality not very good and they are difficult to open and change cards with out using knife to pry it open with. Don't make the same mistake I did, cheap cameras are cheap cameras! Spend a little more on a better cameras. Haven't used any other Wildgame Innovations products not sure i may.

I bought two of these and neither lasted two months. I have tried to contact WGI to no avail. They will not answer. Junk product sold by a questionable company.
